Those are all some great power foods. I promise, you can master oats! I do them on the stovetop, and they are probably my favorite breakfast ever! You can totally get into kale as well. I love adding it to soups and pastas, or just roasting it in the oven or steaming it with a little olive oil s&p. Finally, dried fruit is a GREAT pre-workout/run fuel. If you have never had a larabar, they are the best! I make them at home myself because it is way cheaper, since my husband and I eat them everyday before the gym. Are you coming to the blogger meetup on the 19th?
